*Ensure that food is prepared simultaneously, in the best quality and in a timely fashion
*Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations as well as safety standards in accordance with California Food Handler's License
* Try daily to maintain a positive outlook on food and service through sustainable practices

*Set-up and stocking of tamale, beverage, and cash handling stations
*Manage customer transactions via handwritten checks
*Collect customer orders and payments
*Relay orders to cooks in efficient and timely fashion
*Preparing beverages and low impact food items necessary to service
*Answer, report, and follow chef's instruction
*Clean and sanitize station, take care of leftover products, and close down worked stations
*Stock inventory appropriately
*Ensure that prepared beverages and food are served simultaneously, in the best quality and in a timely fashion
*Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations as well as safety standards in accordance with California Food Handler's License
* Try daily to maintain a positive outlook on food and service through sustainable practices
